It is the patron's responsibility to return library materials on time. Only one (1) overdue notice will be sent, when items are approximately two (2 ) weeks overdue.

- Overdue fines are charged for each day the library is open.
- Maximum overdue fine can be exceeded by these amounts if the borrower has the item overdue more than once.
+ Borrowing period and renewals for Interlibrary Loans vary depending on the lending library.
Borrowing privileges will be suspended if you have more than $ 5.00 owing in overdue fines.
Other Fines and Fees:
1). Lost or Damaged Materials
You are responsible for the full replacement costs for any books, magazines, audiobooks, CDS or DVDS that you lose or damage. In the case of a damaged multi-set CD/DVDS you will be charged the cost of replacing the complete set if we cannot purchase replacement copies of the damaged disc.
Your borrowing privileges will be suspended until you pay the full amount of this fee.
2). Photocopying, Printing, Discs
Photocopying and Printing: 15 ¢ per page, $ 1.25 per coloured page
Discs: Floppy - $ 1.20, CD Read Only - $ 2.00, CD Read/Write - $ 3.50
3). Lost Library Card
Replacement cards cost $ 2.00.
You are responsible for all the materials borrowed on your card and for any charges on items that are overdue, lost or damaged.
If your library card is lost or stolen, report it immediately by phone, in person or by e-mail. We will block the card, so that no one can use it. You are still responsible for any items checked out on your card until you report it missing.
4). Interlibrary Loan Photocopied Article Fee:
All patrons requesting a copy of a magazine article will be charged $5.00 for each article, upon receipt of all photocopied material.
