All NLPL libraries on the Avalon peninsula remain under alert level 5 restrictions and are closed to the public and curbside services to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

With the rest of the province moving to alert level 4, all NLPL libraries outside the Avalon peninsula will resume curbside delivery service.
